Putting People First

We seek to provide an inclusive environment, embrace diverse thinking and offer opportunities for our employees to grow professionally. Welltower adamantly rejects any and all aggression or violence towards any individual or group of people based on their race, ethnicity, gender or religion.
Embracing Perspectives, Expanding Opportunities
Welltower has always taken a holistic and organic approach to attracting top talent and, as a result, has cultivated a uniquely and widely varied workforce. We have known that embracing a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds, experiences and personality types fosters a more innovative approach to problem solving, creativity in developing unique deal structures and, ultimately, better outcomes for our shareholders. There is no one prototypical employee at Welltower. Every door is open to those who embrace our collective culture of exciting work, common goals and meaningful professional relationships and, in return, our employees will find ever-expanding opportunities for their professional development.

The Welltower Charitable Foundation
The Welltower Charitable Foundation (the “Foundation”) actively seeks to promote JEDI, employee engagement and the charitable passions of all Welltower employees. Since early 2016, Welltower and the Foundation have provided more than $42 million in cash and in-kind support to programs and communities that align with our philanthropic priorities. In 2020, the Foundation announced a new structure to include employee matching, corporate charitable grant initiatives and an allocation of funds to each ENG to make charitable contributions. Our most recent donations include organizations that support our core values of diversity, inclusion, community and the environment.
